Background: The Westchester Homebrewers Organization was started in March of 2008 for the purpose of getting people of the Westchester County, NY area together who share an interest in the craft of homebrewing. We welcome participation from people with any level of expertise - from advanced, to beginner, to people who've never brewed and are just interested in finding out more about our hobby.

Meeting info: We meet every 4th Wednesday in the tasting room at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company, in Pleasantville at around 7:30 PM. Occasionally the date or location changes, so please make sure to check the website for current information.

Each month there is usually a topic of discussion, where one member gives a presentation on a subject and answers questions from the group.  Often Scott (owner of Captain Lawrence) will chime in with additional information from his vast wealth of professional knowledge. Afterward, we sample members’ homebrew and have informal discussions about various things, including homebrewing.
