Founded in the fall of 2010 by our president Joshua Hammonds, HOPS is a fledgling homebrew club in rural Otsego County, NY.  We have recently elected our officers, and have already done a club "big brew" which went...well, about as expected (photos coming soon).  It was intended to be a simple British-style Pale Ale...let's just say there were several lessons learned!!  Regardless, we are eyeing mid-June for another big brew day (probably a cream ale this time around).

We are about 40 members strong, and welcome homebrewers of all aspects & experience levels, from "just curious" to wizened medal-winner, and from ale to beer to cider to mead to...heck, it's all zymurgy!  Come one, come all!  We meet on the 3rd Friday of each month at varying locations in Otsego County (mainly Oneonta/Cooperstown).
