CerveTech is a South Florida Homebrew club with a special empahsis on the technical engineering of WORT. The club founders are all Hospitality Majors at Florida International University and have taken classes at the University level such as Brewing Fundamentals, and Brewing Science. After starting a student run organization called B.R.E.W. FIU we have decided to take our efforts to the pubic and thus CerveTech was born. We will meet once per week at one of the many venues that have signed up as afinity members and a minimum of 1 club brew date per month at a club members home or shop.
