As a club, Big Brew Theory, (or the BBT for all you acronym driven people) strives to assist, encourage, promote, strengthen, and increase the overall knowledge of home brewing and craft beer.  Our primary purposes are to bring together friends and family interested in beer knowledge, beer brewing and any other related beer things; to promote safety, and the sane use of beer in any environment with observance of State and National laws; to periodically participate and attend beer shows/fests, brewing competitions, road trips, toy drives, charity events, and recreational activities; to maintain our website bigbrewtheory.org for beer enthusiasts to become familiar with the club and what we stand for.  This is not a group to join if all you plan to do is drink free beer.  This is BREW club, meaning you have to brew beer to drink beer.

Our club meets every third Friday of the month at 7 pm.  If you are interested and would like to attend, just send us an email and we will give you the address of the member that is kind enough to let us use his house.  We have a range of skill levels, from just starting out (some haven't brewed a batch yet) to members that have been brewing for 4 - 5 years.  Check out our web site, this is where you can read through past meeting minutes, our history and mission statements, as well as our club bylaws.  We have just started to send out a monthly news letter too.
